Nirmit Bhargava is a Certified Practising Accountant (CPA Australia) and a Registered Tax Agent, specialising in accounting, taxation, and advisory services for individuals and small businesses. He is known for providing practical, clear, and reliable financial guidance that helps clients stay compliant while making confident business decisions.

Nirmit holds a Master of Accounting from the University of Adelaide and brings experience working with a diverse range of clients, from individuals and small businesses to larger organisations. His approach focuses on building long-term client relationships founded on trust, transparency, and personalised support.

With strong roots in India and professional experience in Australia, Nirmit brings a global perspective to his work. He is actively involved with CPA Australia across various professional and networking platforms, engaging with the accounting community and staying connected with evolving industry developments. Nirmit specialises in leveraging efficient outsourcing solutions, helping businesses manage accounting and bookkeeping functions in a cost-effective way while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Outside of work, Nirmit enjoys travelling, playing racquet sports, and following Formula 1, along with exploring wineries.

Tushar Gupta CPA (Aust.) is Director of TKG Corporate Advisors, a cross-border advisory practice serving clients across India, the United Kingdom and Australia. He is the Founding Convenor of the CPA Australia Delhi Discussion Group in India (since 2019) and is empanelled as a consultant with both the British High Commission and the Australian High Commission, bringing a trusted network that opens doors for serious cross-border engagement.

His practice spans three areas: International & Foreign Consultancy — advising on foreign direct investment, bilateral trade and market entry across India, the UK and Australia with direct access to government and institutional stakeholders; Taxation & Accounting Services — individual and business taxation, company and trust structures,

SMSFs, not-for-profits and cross-border tax structuring; and Technology & Business Intelligence — AI strategy, data analytics, agentic AI and cybersecurity solutions delivered across BFSI, government, retail, healthcare and logistics. Tushar's work has been featured in the Times of India and in CPA Australia's Integrated Annual Report 2023 (Member Value section). He has been invited to King Charles's and Queen Elizabeth's Birthday Celebrations for six consecutive years, attended the IIM Ahmedabad Executive Education Programme, and was part of the India–UK FTA discussions during the visit of the Rt Hon Kemi Badenoch, then UK Secretary of State for International Trade. In September 2025 he was invited by Austrade to speak at the Consulate General of India, Melbourne.
